Covid-19 Odyssey services update: 12 August 2020

Auckland – Alert Level 3

Odyssey’s residential services in Auckland remain open for current residents and we will be operating these sites according to our COVID-19 Pandemic Plan.

Our Community Services hub in New Lynn and Leadership and Service Support hub in New Windsor will be closed.  We will still deliver services remotely where appropriate.

Online services will be available to support community members and whānau, and access details will be available shortly.

Information for whānau: Family and whānau visits to our Auckland residences are temporarily unavailable until further notice.  If you would like to get in touch with someone staying with us, please call our Assessments and Continuing Care team on 09 638 4957 x 706 and leave a message if lines are busy.  Alternatively, please email admissionscentre@odyssey.org.nz – we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We have phone and  online meeting options available for residents to connect with whānau members and will work with our residents to schedule these where requested.

Information for referrers: Please continue to refer using our usual channels.

Northland and Waikato – Alert Level 2

We are continuing to run all services in Northland and Waikato, according to Alert Level 2 guidelines. Please do not hesitate to contact our teams there should you have any queries.

Arohanui and best wishes, Odyssey
